Terms of Service

Social Charm helps users turn long-form videos into short-form clips, captions, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and related social media assets. The service may include upload tools, AI-assisted editing, processing queues, storage, downloads, billing, brand settings, and review tools.

In the future, Social Charm may offer post scheduling and publishing features for user-connected social accounts. Those features will only be available after you authorize the relevant account and platform permissions.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may use Social Charm only if you can legally enter into these terms. If you use Social Charm on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You keep ownership of the videos, text, images, brand assets, prompts, instructions, and other materials you upload or provide to Social Charm. You grant Social Charm a limited license to host, process, transform, display, transmit, and store your content as needed to provide and improve the service, support your account, secure the service, and comply with law.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and releases needed for the content you upload and for any content you ask Social Charm to create, edit, export, schedule, or publish. This includes rights for music, footage, logos, likenesses, captions, trademarks, and third-party materials.

You may not use Social Charm to create, store, distribute, schedule, or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, malicious, spammy, exploitative, or otherwise violates applicable law or third-party rights.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass security controls, overload our systems, reverse engineer the service, use unauthorized scraping or automation, submit malware, or use Social Charm to collect platform user data for unauthorized profiling, databases, surveillance, or tracking.

You are responsible for reviewing all generated clips, captions, copy, hashtags, scheduling instructions, and publishing destinations before using them. AI-assisted output can be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

If Social Charm enables scheduling or publishing, we will post only to accounts that you connect through authorized platform flows and only based on the content, destinations, timing, and permissions you provide. You remain responsible for each scheduled or published post.

You must comply with the rules, developer terms, community guidelines, advertising policies, rate limits, and documentation that apply to each third-party platform you connect, including TikTok and LinkedIn where applicable.

You may not use Social Charm to misrepresent affiliation or endorsement by a platform, publish unauthorized advertising or spam, remove required legal notices, add prohibited branding to platform content, or use platform APIs in a way that is excessive, abusive, unstable, misleading, or outside approved permissions.

Platform APIs may change, suspend, reject, delay, or remove content. Social Charm is not responsible for platform outages, API changes, review decisions, rate limits, account restrictions, or a platform decision to suspend or terminate access.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and delete personal information and platform data. If you connect a social account, you authorize Social Charm to process the account, token, profile, page, organization, post, analytics, scheduling, and publishing data needed to provide the connected feature.

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards for the service. You must not share platform access tokens, API keys, passwords, or other confidential credentials except through authorized Social Charm connection flows.

Some features may require a paid plan, credits, or usage limits. Plan details, included credits, billing intervals, trials, and fees are shown before checkout or in your billing settings.

Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins or credits are used.

Social Charm may rely on third-party services for hosting, storage, payment processing, email, authentication, video processing, AI models, stock media sources, analytics, and connected social platforms. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.

We may disable, limit, or remove an integration if required by law, by a platform, by security concerns, or by changes to the third-party service.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Social Charm at any time. We may also update these terms when the service changes, when platform requirements change, or when required by law.

If an update materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use of Social Charm after an update means you accept the updated terms.

You may stop using Social Charm at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for Social Charm, other users, or third-party platforms, failed to pay fees, or used the service in a way that may violate law or platform requirements.

Upon termination or disconnection of a platform integration, we may revoke access tokens, stop API calls, disable scheduled posts that have not been submitted, and delete or de-identify platform data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements.

Social Charm is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, approved by any platform, or that generated content will meet your goals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Charm will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost content, account restrictions, platform enforcement, or business interruption.
